The words at half-time, or to play with more intensity and to go out on the front foot. 10 minutes into the first half united forward received a second yellow (the first yellow being from an altercation in the first half). With the latest down to 10 players alterations were made to try and keep South Shields from any goalscoring opportunities but after going down to 9 players after a Sim been created more problems for United to quit goes, then came from the away side, making it 3-0. Another goal then came from a keeper error. This then sealed United’s fate, finishing the game four nil to South Shields. a lot to take from the game and things to work on as a squad. improvements are being made to prepare ourselves for Sundays away fixture against Spennymoor.
