This Sunday the ladies travelled to Pocklington looking to do the league double over the side.
The first half saw a very even game with both sides creating chances. United biggest chance fell to Okpeta however the score remained 0-0. Pocklington had their chances too but the back 4 of Bentley, Greenly, Pinder and Ayre, along with keeper Cooke defended superbly to keep the score level.

The second half saw the home side come into their own, Dominating the game from the restart. 15 minutes after half time, Pocklington took the lead after an unfortunate deflection from a United defender in the box.
United managed to work their way back into the game with Groves making the score level, scoring directly from an in swinging corner.
However the 1-1 score line was short lived and after a minute the hosts had scored from the edge of the box, leaving the keeper with no chance.
The game was finished off in the 88th minute after another good strike from outside the box.
